Ever since I owned a Buddha Board, I started to paint my in-the-moment feelings in a picture. If you haven’t heard of the Buddha Board… it’s a small wooden board on an easel type stand that you paint on with water. The water evaporates and your picture is erased. The idea is the Zen concept – living in the moment.
I have always wanted a huge wall that did exactly that… let me paint all over the wall with water and then it would erase and I could paint a whole new picture.
Painting what you feel, whether you’re an artist or not, has this incredible connection.
